The Study

Things I've made. The through-line is one question: can software return agency to the person using it?

Things I've made

№ 001 — with my brother

House of Planets

Live

For anyone who wants to know why they keep making the same choices.

Vedic astrology used as pattern recognition. A grounded chat engine sits on a deterministic chart engine — it reads your actual chart, refuses to make things up, and leaves the choices to you.

My brother and I do a few chart readings over video calls. Payments are being wired in now.

pending — the builder keeps polishing it instead of photographing it.

lifeOS

Private

An operating system I actually live in. Twelve areas of my life kept as markdown, a dashboard that only reads, and Claude Code agents running the daily rituals — morning brief, state capture, evening wind-down.

№ 003 — the first one

Jarvis

Retired

My first assistant. Memory built on FAISS embeddings and top-k retrieval. It remembered everything — retrieval got noisy, answers got confident and wrong, and I stopped trusting it. I shut it down and started over with grounding as rule one. Everything since follows that lesson.

02

Lessons I keep relearning

i.Grounded beats clever.
ii.Starting is a hobby. Finishing is a skill.
iii.It doesn't count until a stranger uses it.
03

Before this

Six years in enterprise SaaS, on both sides of the table. Presales — technical discovery, demos, POCs — at Wingify/VWO and Whatfix; solution design and implementations at Leena AI and Zycus. I was good at it. I also kept noticing I liked building the thing more than explaining it — so in 2025 I quit to build full-time.
